We take a villa garden from survey to planting and then keep it alive through the summer. Soil is imported and conditioned, irrigation is laid before the topsoil goes back, and every garden is handed over with a watering and feeding schedule.
A garden in Dubai is built against the climate rather than with it. Sand holds neither water nor nutrients, summer ground temperatures cook a root ball that sits too shallow, and a system that waters beautifully in March will not keep the same planting alive in July. So we import and condition the soil, lay the irrigation before the topsoil goes back, and choose species that will still be there in three years.

Planting and gardening
Trees, palms, shrubs and seasonal colour sourced from Dubai nurseries and planted into conditioned soil. Weekly or fortnightly maintenance visits for pruning, feeding and pest control.
Hardscaping
Interlock, natural stone and porcelain paving on compacted sub-base, kerbs, steps, retaining walls and boundary planters.
Lawn care
Natural turf laid over drainage and irrigation, or artificial grass on a levelled base. Scarifying, aeration, top-dressing and fertiliser programmes through the year.
Pergolas, BBQ and seating areas
Timber and aluminium pergolas, shade structures, built-in barbecues, outdoor kitchens and seating, with power and water brought out to them.

Common questions
What does villa landscaping cost in Dubai?
There is no useful price per square metre, because most of the cost is under the surface. What moves the figure is how much soil has to be removed and replaced, whether irrigation and drainage already exist, the level difference across the plot, and how much hard paving there is against planting. We measure on site and price a written scope, so you are comparing a real number rather than an estimate that changes once digging starts.
Can a garden survive a Dubai summer?
Yes, if it is built for one. That means conditioned soil at a depth that keeps roots below the hottest layer, irrigation zoned so lawn, shrubs and trees are watered on their own schedules, and planting chosen for salt and heat tolerance. Every garden we hand over comes with a watering and feeding schedule that changes between the summer and winter months, because the same programme will not do both.
Do you arrange community and municipality approvals?
Yes. Most villa communities in Dubai require drawings approved before work starts, and gated developments have their own rules on working hours, access and skip placement. We prepare the submission and work to the permit conditions. On plots where we are excavating, we hold the excavation permit ourselves.

We come to the property, measure, take levels and photograph what is already there — including what is under the paving.

A fixed price against a written scope, with a start date. Normally back with you within two working days of the visit.

Build
Our own men and our own supervisor, working to your programme and permit system. Daily records signed on site.
- 04
Handover and upkeep
Water tests and pressure tests recorded, then a written maintenance schedule for the planting, irrigation and pool plant.
