Garden and pool rebuild
New reinforced concrete pool, plant room and full soft landscape to a 1,400 m² plot, built while the family stayed in the villa.

Pool plant replacement
Pumps, filter, chlorinator and heat pump replaced over four days, with the pool back in use the same week.
03 — Jumeirah Golf Estates
Pergola and outdoor kitchen
Aluminium pergola over a paved terrace, with a built-in barbecue, sink and lighting run from the villa distribution board.
04 — Dubai Silicon Oasis
Storm water drainage
Surface channels, gullies and a pumped outfall installed across eleven plots after flooding, with paving reinstated.
05 — WASL villas, Jumeirah
Roof waterproofing
Liquid-applied membrane to twenty-two villa roofs and terraces, screed and tiling reinstated, handed over with a water test record for each unit.
06 — Nakheel community, Al Furjan
Community landscape upkeep
Annual maintenance contract covering planting, irrigation, tree pruning and lawn care across the common areas.
07 — Emirates Hills
Entrance fountain
Stone-clad spillover fountain at the villa entrance, with balance tank, filtration and submerged lighting.
08 — Dubai Holding property, Business Bay
Marble flooring and stairs
Marble supplied, cut and fixed to the lobby floor and staircase, then ground, polished and crystallised before handover.
09 — Palm Jumeirah
Ducted split replacement
Six ducted split units replaced, ductwork cleaned and drain lines rerun, carried out room by room over two weeks.
010 — Jumeirah Golf Estates
Irrigation replacement
Failed drip and sprinkler system replaced with a zoned, controller-driven layout, laid before the topsoil and turf went back.
