Maverick Landscaping & Technical Services started in Al Quoz as a two-man gardening crew and now runs landscape, pool, building and MEP teams across Dubai. The work has stayed the same in one respect: almost all of it is repeat work for people we have already built something for.
Roughly half of what we do is subcontracted to us by facilities management companies and main contractors, on their programmes and under their permit systems. The other half is direct for villa owners, who usually come to us for a garden or a pool and then keep us on the annual maintenance contract.
We do not broker work out. The men on your site are our men, with our supervisor, and the same team returns for the maintenance visits.

For facilities management companies and contractors
We price from drawings or a scope of works, work to your programme, and supply method statements, risk assessments and insurance certificates before mobilising. Our supervisors hold the permits and sign the daily records. Invoicing follows your valuation dates.
For villa owners
We visit the property, measure, and send a written quotation with a fixed price and a start date. One supervisor stays with the job from first excavation to handover, and gives you a written maintenance schedule for the planting, irrigation and pool at the end of it.
On site
How we work on site.
- Own labour, own supervision, no brokered subcontractors
- Third-party liability and workmen’s compensation cover in place
- Method statements and risk assessments issued before mobilising
- Waterproofing and pool shells water-tested and recorded before covering
- Irrigation and pool plant handed over with a written maintenance schedule

Site visit and survey
We come to the property, measure, take levels and photograph what is already there — including what is under the paving.

Written quotation
A fixed price against a written scope, with a start date. Normally back with you within two working days of the visit.
- 03
Build
Our own men and our own supervisor, working to your programme and permit system. Daily records signed on site.
- 04
Handover and upkeep
Water tests and pressure tests recorded, then a written maintenance schedule for the planting, irrigation and pool plant.
