What we do
Four trades, one contractor, one supervisor.
Most villas need more than one of these at the same time. We quote them together and schedule them so the site is not opened twice.
We take a villa garden from survey to planting and then keep it alive through the summer. Soil is imported and conditioned, irrigation is laid before the topsoil goes back, and every garden is handed over with a watering and feeding schedule.

Reinforced concrete pools built from excavation to first fill, and maintenance contracts on pools we did not build. Balance tanks, plant rooms and pipework are pressure-tested and recorded before anything is covered.

Finishing trades for villas and building fabric repairs for facilities management contracts. Most of this work is called in when a leak has already started, so we survey first and price the cause, not the stain.

How it runs
From the first site visit to the maintenance schedule.
The same four steps whether it is a single pool or twenty-two villa roofs.

Site visit and survey
We come to the property, measure, take levels and photograph what is already there — including what is under the paving.
- 02
Written quotation
A fixed price against a written scope, with a start date. Normally back with you within two working days of the visit.
- 03
Build
Our own men and our own supervisor, working to your programme and permit system. Daily records signed on site.
- 04
Handover and upkeep
Water tests and pressure tests recorded, then a written maintenance schedule for the planting, irrigation and pool plant.
Who we work for
